The Lions Club offers annual vision and hearing screening at local elementary schools.  This year Hanalei School scheduled the screening in May and had second and fifth graders participate in the screening (with parental consent).   The intent of the program is to help identify children who may have a hearing or vision problem that could affect their school work.    Approxiamately 85 children participate in this year's program.
