Reminder Calls

Beginning November 1, 2007, reminder calls will be made to every Club member the
evening before a regular Lions Club meeting.   The calls will be made by the three
newest members of the Club. 

Those three new members will comprise the "Call Committee".

The Chair person of the Call Committee is the committee member who has been a
Club member the longest.   Obviously, with each new member initiation, the composition
of the Call Committee will change and it will have a new Chair person.

The members of the Call Committee will determine which committee member
will be calling which Lions Club member.   The only rules are that 1) the call must be
made and 2) it must be a telephone call.

The Lions Club Tail Twister will handle the situation of any regular member who
complains that he or she did not receive a telephone reminder call.
